headland SCULPTURE ON THE GULF
WAIHEKE ISLAND is New Zealand's premier outdoor sculpture
exhibition. Over ten years it has proven to be a highly respected,
prestigious and inspirational. A biennial event,
headland 2011, is the fifth
exhibition.
You can become part of the 2011 event as a patron, friend,
sponsor or part of the team of volunteers. All assistance is
greatly appreciated and it is a rewarding and inspiring
experience to be involved.
How is the exhibition funded?
The story behind headland is one of
extraordinary generosity. Donations from patrons and friends are
the mainstay of each biennial exhibition.
All donations qualify for a one third tax credit due to the
charitable status of the Waiheke Community Art Gallery.
